Due to specific state medical board regulations, patients residing in certain jurisdictions are required to complete a live, synchronous (video) consultation with a licensed medical provider.

What this means for you:

If your state regulations require a live consultation, you will be prompted to schedule your appointment directly through your provider's Calendly link. Please note that because these sessions are dependent on provider availability, the scheduling process for these states may take longer than our standard intake process.
